Magnepan 1.7i stands mounting hole pattern

I wonder if someone that uses a recent built pair can kindly help me with the following measures:

1 - what is the mounting hole pattern of the 1.7i, meaning the distance (center-to-center) between holes in each of the stands?

2 - what is the distance between the lower hole and the bottom of the speaker?

3 - what is the distance between the upper hole and binding post / crossover plate?
