As stated, it is just pin nailed. Be gentle, and pry near the fasteners, slowly working them out as the wood is thin and might snap. Typically the nail head will pull through leaving it in the speaker. Use a vise grip or wire cutter to gently grab the shaft and leverage it out. Be careful of the fabric as it tears easily.
