maggie 1.7 arcls2b threshold t400

i blew my maggies due to dc failure at the preamp and the t400 amplified that signal and the bass panel is blown but the tweeters still work and no fuse blown, the crossover was good it sent that current to the bass only.tube amps need to fully stabilize compared to ss and i did warm up both the pre and power at the same time. the amp has new caps and been checked by threshold and no problem. arc told me new power supply because of age and no music for me. will warranty cover the maggies as i love them or do i eat it and new speakers and preamp.
