M-Connect remote app

In my main system, I stream audirvana via Qobuz using a Bricasti M1SE DAC with the network card. After speaking with Scott at Verdant Audio in NJ where I purchased it, I asked him about an Apple I pad to use from my listening chair 15' away rather than lugging my laptop to the same chair, with corded USB cable .(Which he stated was unnecessary as it was hardwired Ethernet)   I was wondering and didn't ask him at the time, will the I-pad with the M-Control app (I'm assuming through apple or Audirvana) talk to my windows based computer that has my Qobuz and Audirvana account,  and allow me to remotely play my songs?
