I have not listened to the ZYX Airy 3 but have loads of listening time in front of a Lyra Helikon and find it to be an excellent choice with no reservations. I own an Akiva MC by Linn (that is also made by Scan-Tech who makes Lyra) mounted to a Linn Sondek Lp12 . It has much of the same family values and is also excellent. Best of luck in your choosing.
