Luxman D-03x versus my great Classe CDP-10

I mainly listen to redbook cds. I have enjoyed my Classe CDP-10 spinner for many many years. I have no other player or experience to judge against, but this player has always sounded excellent imho. Ive been looking at this new Luxman D-03x . The obvious upgrades are the DAC availability and the MQA play. But - you experts out there - will I get a fairly significant sound upgrade to my redbook cd playing ? Or is the Classe still damn good in the redbook arena ?
