Lumin S1 vs Ayre QX-5 twenty

I was hoping to get some feedback comparing the SQ of the Lumin S1 and the Ayre QX-5 Twenty. I would intend to use either unit for streaming Tidal, or hopefully Qobuz and also for playing local music files. I am mostly interested in overall sound quality, but also concerned whether Ayre has a reliable interface for streaming. I will connect either unit direct to a remote router via Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
