Looking to Re-cap my Krell KSP 7B in DC area - Any recommendations

I have a Krell KSP 7B preamp that I was looking to re-cap.  I'm from the DC area and wanted to get some advise as to my options.  Also, what do you think something like that would cost?  Is there someone local or not too far a drive or is it better to send out?
