Looking for Thorens cartridge alignment gauge for TD 166 Mk II

Hello all,
I just bought a Thorens TD166 MK II with the original TP11 Mk III arm.  Does anyone have for sale or to loan or know where I can find an original cartridge alignment gauge?  I prefer the gauge vs. a protractor as it also provides installation height.  I am also looking for the cartridge mounting kit (esp. the shims/spacers).I checked on the Vinyl Nirvana and Stylus Doctor websites and did not find any.
Any help or pointers will be appreciated!
