I have a friend who runs these with a Krell integrated and is super happy. Might be able to find a used one in your price range.
Given Krell's sound profile, I would assume the Musical Fidelity M5si would be a good fit. MF is quite musical and a strong value.
The NAD C 388 is a nice unit and is comfortably in this price range. Tons of features and very good sounding.
Cambridge Audio Azur 851A is a nice integrated that is very natural sounding and would be an interesting option for you.
Rogue Audio Sphinx is a fabulous unit for the money but is at its best with different driver tubes. With a pair of Mullards or Cifte's, it would fall right in this range.
The Rega is going to be bit warmer and is one of the least powerful units you are looking at. The Parasound A23 is a power amp so I assume that means you will keep the Yamaha as a preamp?
If you are interested in the MF or NAD, I am an official dealer of both brands and would be happy to help.
