Lavardin-Living Voice is a match made in heaven.If anything,you should consider Lavardin IT instead of Karan Intergrated[which I've heard]or Hovland{which I haven't heard]

I currently have a Lavardin IS Reference integrated. I have not tried tubes yet. My Lavardin is quite good in my small room (11x10) but I wonder if I'm missing anything?
I was reading about higher powered Solid State integrateds like Karan and Hovland. I'd like to stay under $5k used. I enjoy the ease of use that SS amps have.
Any first-hand advice would be appreciated.
