I'm retired too, but you have to get out. Take violin or flute lessons, get to Yoga class, volunteer, etc.
Listening sessions
Wondering how long are your listening sessions are in a day or a week ? Normally for me they are about 3 hours a day during the week when I’m working and about 6 hours a day or night when I’m off from work , that can also be broken up through out the day and evening.
