I am currently researching purchasing a meridian 861 or a LEXICON MC-1 for high end 2 channel system AND home theatre. Which one would you recommend and WHY ? Thanks in advance.
Oops, forgot to add, if theres another you think more favorably in the same price point, I am open- but preference is geared toward high audio (second, home theatre) but both are important.
I suggest you leave the lexicon on the side line the Meridian 568,561 and 861 all out class the Lexicon sonics arent even comparable ! Personally i prefer the Proceed Avp or the Pav they both sound excellent for movies and music!P.S And dont leave out the Krell av standard excellent as well .
