kyocera Receiver R 861

I just bought this amp and it sound very good on my B&W  Nautilus 803 speakers. My question: 

I have read that this reiver runs  very hot with their mosfets transistors .

However, this particular receiver, is running cool.!! 

i discovered that my unit is the later edition with the red logo.

any thoughts
