I had a problem with my Model 976.  I sent it to them FedEx ground on 6/1, and it arrived back to me yesterday, Sunday, 6/7 repaired and ready to go.  I was prepared to be without it at least 3 weeks.

In this day and age of too often miserable customer support this is great to hear.  Another reason to consider their products.  Nice to hear of a good experience!
