Kudos to AAudio and Lee Island Audio

It's always easy to be a congenial when making a sale. It's the service after sale where the rubber meets the road.

Fifteen months ago, I purchased an Einstein Light-In-Dark amplifier from Al Helo at Lee Island Audio. Recently the amp developed a problem. I contacted Al who put me in touch with Brian Ackerman of AAudio Imports, the Einstein distributor. Brian and Al quickly resolved the issue with service that exceeded expectations.
