Krell Moves to new location

Krell's service dept is running full steam.

Not sure of ordering, but they have a Back log of 3 weeks,

Need service time to send it to them for repair

@south_park I thought it was the Will doing repairs but that’s a PA number so it must be that Wil, the one in the ownership battle. Hopefully they joined teams and are offering some financing. Contact 1 — JF Bicking & Co same number.

Update on krell service, The factory is caught up on units and the Benches at krell are awaiting service repair orders.

So Krell factory service is going and sounds like instant service

Let's hear it from the folks who had equipment sequestered at Krell. Has it been repaired / serviced and shipped back to you?

I received my FPB300cx back and my wife mentioned that she thinks it sounds better than ever.  Willie and the techs did a stupendous job with the tune up as I have owned since new and it needed the caps replaced.

Steve at High Performance Stereo was catamount in getting things done.  His communication and thoughtfulness is the best I have ever encountered in any industry.  Thanks to the team who got it taken car of.  -John
