Krell KAV150a empty main board input part.

In KAV 150A need less elements than 300i because it is power amplifier without preamplifier...

It made perfect sense!

I think Krell utilize 300i boards in some KAV 150A and bypass the preamp section. 

 

I had discussions with Krell about these kludges that appear to be factory.

withouth preamplifier and in really 150A is not fully 

balanced as KAV250 A but sound better than 250A . bass is not 

so slowly.

 

I HAVE RESPONSE FROM KRELL USA. I HAVE SEND TO THEM  MY BOARD PICTURE -  TOP SMALL BOARD IS OK. Thay said: KAV 150A  AND KAV 300I  USE THE SAME MAIN BOARD BUT 150 A DOESN'T NEED FIRST SECTION SO THIS IS WHY INPUT SIDE PATHS ARE EMPTY. BUT WHY  ON LIQUID AUDIO  PAGE THESE PATHS ARE WITH ELEMENTS? I STILL WAITING FOR LIQUID AUDIO ANSWER. THIS AUDIOGON FORUM PAGE IS FROM 19, CENTURY ,WHEN COLOUR PICTURES TOOK TOO MUCH DATA TO UPLOAD ,NOW IS 21 CENTURY I THINK or i do not know how upload pictures

pictures in linka above do not show bottom board were empty paths are in my amp. I send picture to krell service and waiting for reply.
What i discover by research board diagram that kav150a i not fully balanced as 250a but works 400% better when connect real balanced signal
