Krell KAV-300i Jumper Question

I have a question on where the jumper should be placed if I want to effect the HT bypass feature in my KAV-300i. Opening up the top of the unit, I see have two 2-prong modules (for lack of a better term), one closer to the S3 and the other closer to the Processor side. (Folks who know this unit will know what I'm talking about.) If I want to activate the bypass, does the jumper cap go on the prong nearest the processor side or the S3 side? The manual is not entirely clear.
