Krell 250a/3 vs. Modern Krells?

Hi,

I need to consolidate amps and may have a little extra cash to upgrade. I currently use 3 stereo amps to drive the 6 speakers in my home theater.

I was thinking of picking up a pair of used Krell 250a/3, but they are now about 20 years old. The 3250 and 3250e are much newer and used I can stretch to, but hardly anyone has anything to say about them.

What are your thoughts??
