Modern Punk and Metal and the inevitable digital Czech pressing

The Sex Pistols and Rudimentary Peni get a break due to the time period and woeful ignorance of a quality pressing. But these days, we can hear what a quality recording sounds like from start to finish. So what does the modern youth do to fight back to get a quality product recorded and pressed? I've been severely let down for a modern record that could be a generational reference point. Here are a few examples of records that could be timeless, but are digitally processed and crushed into oblivion that could have been so much more.
