kharma 1d-de's bass

During a demonstration a couple of weeks ago Charles van Oosterum himself told me it takes about a 1000 hours for each Kharma speaker to break in.

One of the guys in my group has the Kharma Exquisite 1de and I think its a wonderful speaker, among the best in the world.

That does not mean you would like it I guess, but it has very few flaws and ALL speakers have some flaws. Bass is not an issue on this speaker in his system. However, it was incredibly long in showing up, about 800 hours before deep bass was pouring out with accuracy.

I have no idea why this was with his speaker or if other Kharma models are slow to break in too
