KEF LS50W questions:

Hello there,

I recently got a great deal on a brand new pair of white/copper LS50Ws and matching KEF stands. I will probably end up running these with my JL E110 sub. I’m still waiting on delivery but pretty pumped to try them out.

I had a few questions I’m hoping our group may be able to answer:

1) Has anyone played around with longer lengths of ethernet cable between the left/right speaker? I believe they come in the box with a 9 foot length. But I’d really like to have these speakers about 8 feet apart and run the cable up the inside of the stands so I’d probably be looking at around 12-14 feet of ethernet cable.

2) Has anyone tried a tube pre amp on these with any noticeable difference?

3) If I’m correct, the master speaker can now run as a left or right speaker?
