Use a Xmos much better for minimal upcharge just charge a bit more for a better product.

In this day and age it should have the latest Xmos receiver and without question 
Asynchronus which has been a standard for several years now.
this is just cheap ,99% of people would gladly pay an extra $50; and that would include a femto clock that is how much the prices have come down .a Femto clock under $20 the latest Xmos under $30  and product is night and day more accurate. Complain and have others doing the same ,don’t settle for sub standard. They could easily just add the $50 in the parts it’s built all at the same time No extra labor costs.
