Jay's Audio CD Transport Repair

Hello Audigoners, I have the above transport that has started making a grinding sound and not playing disc's. Do u know of any USA repair sires for this transport? Thanks in advance.

Give it about a half power then power it back up. If it's the drive in that unit it is user replaceable and there was a video on how to do it. If you haven't try reaching out to Todd directly and not through this forum.
