Is there a fully balanced 6sn7 preamp?

Can anyone help me to find a fully balanced preamp or linestage that uses 6sn7 tubes? I can only think of the Athma-sphere mp-3.

I just like the sound of the 6sn7, and I'd like to hear what it could do in a fully balanced configuration. Do you prefer the bc 21 with 6sn7s to the 6299 equipped bc 21.1, or are you thinking about upgrading?
