She's released several albums over the past twenty-five years or so. I don't recall ever seeing any of them in the store but I do remember seeing her on some of the pop music shows such as 'Solid Gold' back twenty years or so ago when an album was being released. I wasn't enticed to buy the records and I don't think that many other people were either.

I saw her in concert once. She opened up for Chris Isaak. She was pretty good live. Much different than her "over produced" videos. Seemed very down to earth & interacted with the crowd very well, decent voice.

Yes, she is a singer. A little tough to watch, but quite impactful. ( though she has a potty mouth ) . Give her a listen. Raw talent.

You must be thinking of someone else. She was 13 years old 25 years ago and was not recording. She released her first album when she was 35.
