In other discussions, you mention a Sugden class A amplifier. They run hot which might impact longevity. Check with manufacturer.
Is it wrong to leave my amplifier on all the time
I know this is an age old question and many have said just leave it on-for a solid state amplifier. if the amplifier is always on, surely the capacitors are fully charged all the time. Does this not reduce the life of the capacitors? I’m not an electrical engineer so maybe I’m missing something.
