I found Amazon not worth listening to until I upgraded to Amazon Ultra. Recently I was listening to a couple Patricia Barber tracks mentioned in a Stereophile review and was happily surprised to find the actually sounded great. The Ultra versions of Eva Cassidy' "Live At Blues Alley" also are great, no discernable 'digititis'. Even if they are just high quality CD rips, well done is well done.
