Integrated Amp for Quad 21L

I'm currently running my Quad 21L speakers with an Arcam AVR250 receiver. It's good, but I'm sure it's not getting the best out of them. Hence, I'm looking for recommendations for a good integrated amp for these speakers, and whether or not I should go with solid state, tube or hybrid.

I had used a NAD C352 with my Quad 21L. It was a good combination. But since I have upgraded to a more powerful amp, I feel the Quads can really do better with more power. Suggest you to look into NAD's top-end integrated, rather than middle line. You can also look at Creek or Krell too, thought I do not have personal experience with them on the Quads.
