In-outlet Filter/Conditioner Devices

I recently sold a Shunyata Zitron HC power cable that, when plugged in to my line conditioner, filtered out a *CLICKING* sound I get through my rig whenever I ignite my gas stove (it has an electric starter).

Do folks have 1. any idea how that was possible with the Shunyata (something to do with the Zitron circuit?) and 2. if it’s possible to reproduce that noise-killing capability with any of the in-outlet filters (I’m assuming they are filters of some sort) devices from Nordost, Shunyata, PS Audio, etc? IE, the Defender, Noise Harvester, etc.
