Identify older Paradigm speakers
Hi all,
I recently received an older pair of Paradigms and I’m having trouble identifying them. They have a hand written label on the back that says:
Item: 7
Serial: B1151 or B1152
Imp: 8
Pwr Min: 15
Max: 150
They have 1 x 8" woofer, 1 x 4" tweeter. There is space between the 2 and there is a covered port at the bottom front. Nothing on back except the old school connectors. Y’know, press the black to open the port to insert the cable directly? Spring clip I think?
I am leaning toeards Monitor 7se mk1, but I’m not sure.
I’m just looking to be 100% and get the specs for them.
Thanks!
-Dave

I had the Paradigm 7se, from what you describe it could be these if you state the 4inch tweeter includes the housing. You should be able to find discontinued speakers specs on paradigm website. It's woofer was 8inches and it stood about 24 inches tall, give or take. It had a grey face if I remember correctly. It was the sweetspot among the speaker line from 3se, 5se and even 9se due to its' reasonable price at the time. |
I think that is the
