I have B&W 801's and want to add a B&W center

The HTM is too easily overpowered by the main speakers. A better solution would be to get a pair of 804 or 805's and put one on each side of the screen. The center channel just like a mono recording so you'll get a center image right in the middle of your screen.

I believe that was the HTM1, a great center. They're not hard to find on the secondary market, in great condition for under $2K, sometimes closer to $1500.

I would add the speaker with same series and generation to match.
