I feel so inadequate after seeing this guy.

Ironically,  shortly after I saw this, i was gifted a CD called Ultra Lounge, which has a track called "lonesome road" by Dean Elliott.  A truly spectacular achievement,  no matter how quirky it may be.  My wife gets on me for playing it so much.  Happy holidays to all.

Joe is great!  He shows that there is NOTHING like listening to actual instruments.  His plus is that he is actually creating it (being accompanied by the piano roll), but the final sound is Joe's his bandmate is the roll!

Audio is a great hobby as everyone chooses his preference in what to listen to but a North Star is valuable so that you can know and choose in which direction to go.

Would you rather spend $100,000.00 on audio or on a current Steinway player piano that has the ability to play the masters for you anytime on an actual instrument?

The challenge here would be to create a system that captures the sound. Dynamics, and immediacy of Joe's performance.
