I can't remember the name of this Dealer / Company

Maybe someone can help.

I'm trying to remember the name of the company that made an isolation system that consisted of rubber balls that sat in a tray with pockets. There were several pockets so you could place the balls according to the weight balance of the component. 
They also made custom dust covers, which is what I'm after for a turntable. 
Sound familiar to anyone?
