Hyperion HPS-8C Owners?

Hi,

I was wondering if there are many HPS-8C owners out there and what people thought of it as a center channel?

I bought a pair of Hyperion 586s about a year ago and love their sound in stereo (CDs etc) but feel rest of my surround system is letting them down as a home theater system.

I am running along with Polk PSW303 sub and an old Onkyo center and some rears which don't match the Hyperion's tone very well.

- Any thoughts on 586 / HPS-8C mix?
- Would HPS-8C be overkill with smallish (586s)?
- Any alternatives people would recommend?

I would like to stick with Hyperions but seems hard to find much in way of second hand or demo stock out there.
