HQPlayer and old Mac Mini 2012

Hi, I'm thinking of diving into trying HQPlayer even though I'm kind of dumb. I have an opportunity to buy an old Mac Mini (late 2012) with an I5 and 16GB RAM. Would this be appropriate for running HQPlayer?
