Veritasium is always interesting, but I thought this one might be of special interest to our group.

I am not offering my opinion at this point. I am more interested in seeing what other people found interesting and what conclusions or connections you made.

Tony, there is a lot there but let’s start with the graphs of fundamental tones from an organ and how they change into different "instruments" as the pattern of harmonics change. That looked a lot like measures of harmonic distortion from amps and other devices. It explains why harmonic distortion, say from tubes, is not always a bad thing, our hearing is just receiving a different timbre. Also that "diistorion" per se is not a unique product of hifi systems, it is really inherent in all music. We are very accustomed to low order harmonic distortion because it is "natural".
