HOW TO REPLACE THE CHORD QUTEST POWER SUPPLY WITH THE S BOOSTER MARK II

I have the Chord Qutest and am pleased with the sound, but looking to upgrade  with a new Dac such as the Weiss 204 or I could upgrade the Chord with a new power supply such as the S Booster MK II. I'd be curious to hear the difference in sound. My question is where can I get step by step directions to install the S booster?  I have no mechanical ability and would not be interested in cutting any wires because that could be a recipe for disaster.  Would anybody be able to provide instructions or lead me to a place that has guidance on installation? Thank you.

More than likely the external power supply you purchase will come with a cable and a set of nibs. It's just a matter of selecting the right nib for the Qutest.  There will be no need to cut any wires. You will simply be replacing the stock power supply with the third party power supply you purchase.

Sorry to contradict, but I believe the Chord Qutest requires a 5 volt power supply.

As far as amperage - 2 amps or greater.

And I do own a Chord Qutest.

Have used IFI Ipower Elite 5v power supply with Qutest.

Use Sbooster 19v power supply with Roon Nucleus.
