Well, going to Explore and member lookup didn’t work and I got no option to send a message. Also, hitting marketplace feedback under a username also didn’t give the send message option either. Don’t know why. But @mitch2 was right — I couldn’t PM off the initial post but the drop-down option to send a message was there when the OP sent another response to the thread. I can’t conceive of why you can’t PM someone off their original post — makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever and just breeds completely unnecessary frustration and confusion. It’s right up there with having to hit the little triangle up at the top near the Discussion Forum banner to be able to post your system. Why is there not an option to just add your system under your own user page? Nah, that’d make too much sense — better to make it nice n obscure and confusing. 🤪🙃🙄

@immatthewj Nope, I got nuthin’. Maybe it’s because I’m on an iPad and not a computer. I have no idea. All I do know is that this should not be so hard. It’s ridiculous. |

@ghdprentice @mitch2 I followed your instructions and it just brings me to the users feedback page with no option anywhere to “Send Message.” Every day I’m sent a stark reminder of why I HATE technology. 😖😖😖😖😖 |
