HOW TO MATCH PREAMP TO AMP

I have Parasound C2 preamp powered by a Cinepro 1K2SE with an input sensitivity of 1.5V. Would this be a good match?

The output impedance of the preamp should be less than (<) that of the amp. A good figure is by about 1/10th that of the amp.
