I look forward to the day that I replace my VP table. It sounds decent but just no light at the end of the customer service tunnel with Matt at the helm.Yes, cerrot, we know from your multiple posts that you don't like VPI customer service. What's so odd is that so many VPI owners cite the company for its exceptional customer service and support. Myself included. Which leads me to wonder - are the "problems" you claim with VPI to be blamed on the company ... or the user?
