Assuming your laptop has Bluetooth built in, just turn it on in settings, follow bluetooth speaker directions for connecting to it (usually pressing a button to enable devices to connect) then look for that device name in the list of bluetooth devices shown in the laptop bluetooth setings and select it. It should then show as connected at which point any sound or music produced by the laptop should be heard on the bluetooth speaker.
