How long is it taking to receive a preamp?

Been waiting since July to hear back from Decware....three contact attempts, auto reply that they got my email.....no response.   Whats going on over there?

They will weather this better than many boutique mfg. in my opinion.  Zombie like following, plenty of orders in queue. 

Decware is more like 8 month to a year......

I was treated pretty crappy over at the Decweenie forum for asking a question relating to wait time.....quite a rabid following over there.....

I value dealers....  This hobby, pastime, lifestyle, whatever you want to call it NEEDS dealers.   I visit a few local ones occasionally...  usually for. an accessory or tube or something just because.   But often times it stokes the fire for something like a new speaker, or source,  amp.... 

So when I am looking for something I will consider used and new .  I never waste a dealer's time.  If you, the dealer take the time to demo something and work a little on the price I am most likely buying it from. you.  Im really not a fan of buying online...  I do it once in a while,  there was no Quicksilver dealer near me so I bought from Johnny at Audio Connection in NJ.   He took good care of me, no doubt and I'm still supporting a dealer, not some mega-conglomerate

I hope they are doing OK over there but there’s no way they didn’t get my contact through their site, I did it 3 separate times , 3 different devices, 2 email addresses...  

I trip over myself to get back to
my customers when they contact via any medium 

It is really a “ it’s that good you’ll wait” mentality over there , especially on the forum. One word out of line and you find it’s not such a friendly forum.  Never I have I felt more unwelcome from just asking a question 

So many people out there building amps , they are not the only game in town for custom flea watt amps

Decware isn’t going anywhere...   neither are most of the companies that make good bang for the buck equipment.   no one predicted supply chain shortages like this.   I fix medical equipment, a lot of new stuff is 4 to 6 months out of you order now , Parts?  Who knows , things that sat on the shelf for years are gone, new stock back ordered...   I get it. 

Finally heard bad from Decware , 8 month wait.
