How long does Class A have?

Hi Guys/Gals
I have a Sugden A21SE which is a Pure Class A single ended design, I absolutely love this musical amplifier with its strangely plentiful 30wpc, it runs hots as they do, I always enjoy watching the faces of my uninitiated friends when they touch it after I mention they get hot, lol.
But in this modern green era I wonder just how long do Class A amplifiers have before Greta Thunberg gets wind of this inefficient method of creating sound and pisses on the parade?

Thoughts?

I hear you, and obviously the vacuum cleaner market is larger, and I’m not sure of your whereabouts but in the EU we had the power of vacuums, lightbulbs etc targeted quite tightly, I just think someone will come along and pick on them, I hope not mind.
Noromance, my question was not meant to be “inflammatory” my question was a genuine comment about inefficient amps and power hungry devices in our changing world, no one forced to read it or insulted by my OP, just a genuine question.
I’m a proud brit, before any assumptions draw in. I actually do think Greta actually does have an important message, and it’s encouraging our future generations are more aware of the impact of V8’s, V12’s, lead fuels, palm oil deforestation, plastic neglectfulness etc, and I also think even class a amplifiers are within my lifetime at least doomed.
But apart from all that gloom you peeps are quality peeps.
I would think that pointing out one person’s post is rather an ugly action in itself, the original post was just pointing out some of our hifi is numbered in its days. I’m going to guess your snowflakes are melting.
