Home network Fibre optic vs Ethernet

Hello,

I have the opportunity to re-wire my home including network.

I’m after any advice on fibre optic vs Ethernet, lessons learned, costs, anything you have.

I have 3 rooms to do. TV room, music, and home office/ garden room.

Except for the fact that I have not run fiber, my digital front is quite similar to yours. My modem has WiFi disabled, M12 switch w LPS, 30 feet of Supra cat 8, Net Isolator from NA, then their Muon System. All of these upgrades I can hear.
