HiDiamond Power cords...

Has anyone tried the Power 3,2,1 power cords from HiDiamond. If so can you explain in best detail the qualities, strengths and which component you chose it on. I'm also curious which cords they compare to within the market.

Hi guys,

I recently acquired the P3 and am using it on a Devialet, paired with Focal Electra 1028BE floorstanders. Just wondering how will the sound evolve with burn-in time?

Also, i'm currently using a pair of Clearday Double Shotgun pure silver core speaker cables on the Focals. I think these are great bang for buck but I'm tempted to also give the HiDiamond speaker cables a try, given how the P3 blew me away. Has anyone tried both these cables and if so, what sort of improvements can I expect with the HD speaker cables?
@Kzhtoo: thanks for your input. On my Devialet, i'm currently streaming music via Wifi from the PC. By the way, are you also located in Singapore? If so, would love to listen to your HiDiamond loom with Focal and Passlabs. I could even bring my Devialet to compare if you are interested :)

@Hifial: Thanks for sharing your observation. Switching to the D7 is certainly a very tempting prospect. Let me see if I can grab a pair of HD speaker cables to listen to before checking with you on your pair.

By the way, my wife says she likes everything about my current setup except for the less prominent midrange. Hopefully that changes with time as the P3 runs in.
@kzhtoo: ah I believe u r on one of the local focal forums. Anyway, yes the real draw of the devialet was being able to do away with multiple cables and just have 1 power cable and speaker cable :)

As to the sound, with the release of the latest firmware on the Devialet, music just sounds so natural and its an absolute joy listening to any genre. I'm using jriver on a windows laptop to upsample cd quality to 24/96 and stream wirelessly to the Devialet. With the HD P3 in, this is the best I've heard my speakers. For the first time, I love everything about the sound and there is little or no aspect I want to be changed. Highs, mids n bass are all there, like the way it was recorded and meant to be heard. The HD-Devialet-Focal is a killer combo in my humble opinion :)
