HiDiamond Power cords...

Has anyone tried the Power 3,2,1 power cords from HiDiamond. If so can you explain in best detail the qualities, strengths and which component you chose it on. I'm also curious which cords they compare to within the market.

I have been playing with cables for far too many years to mention and I will say I have owned most of the very top models of cables by most of the name recognition brands. My system consist of Burmester and Pass lab mono blocks. I started out with HiDimond signal cable and some P3 over a year ago and in the past few months have added the D8 speaker cables and P4 power cables.

Unlike most people my hopes were not that high because most of the cables I previously considered "reference" cost much more than the HiDimond loom and in fact I have 1 cable that cost more than all the HiDimond cables I have combined. I am not on here to trash talk any other manufacturer. I just wanted to say that HiDimond cables have far less of an equalizing effect on may system than my previous reference cables and all the positive comments on this forum are 100% accurate. I can normally find some sort of a negative effect that cables cause on my system but the HiDimond cables did not have any negative effects and in may opinion the HiDimond cables are having little to no effect on my system.

This is just my opinion and I am not in to the forum thing but this really is a great cable so I just thought I would tell you my experience.
Just a quick update;

As I said in my previous post I have been playing with cables for far too many years and HiDiamond has change what I thought cables were all about. I have always thought that the best a cable could do was equalize my system but I was wrong.

My set up now is 95% HiDiamond and will be 100% within the next month. As I added HiDiamond and took off my super expensive reference cables, my system improved on every change. Previously when I would change cables, my system just changed without improving. I now have much improved dynamics, more clarity, deeper bottom end, more resolution across the whole frequency range but most importantly the emotional connection to the artist is now addictive. There is something special about what these cables. I will end this by saying, I am finally off the cable merry go round. I will give you 1 negative; they take serious break in time but once broken in they are the best cables I have heard in the last 35 years of cable changing.
I must agree with Ozzy because after trying far too many crazy expensive cables; HiDiamond cables are the only cables to completely disappear in my system. I now have HiDiamond cables front to back in my system and for the first time in over 30 plus years of swapping cables I am completely satisfied with my cables.
Final HiDiamond P4;

I have been using HiDiamond cables for well over a year; slowly selling of my previous reference cables that cost double what the HiDiamond cables cost. I finally completed a full HiDiamond loom last month and put a P4 power cable on my DCS Debussy. I must say after making many cable mistakes in the past, HiDiamond has been a huge step forward. The P4 transformed my dac into what I had always hoped the Debussy could be. My speakers have completely vanished, the bottom end has a full extra octave, my midrange is more clear but less analytical and the top end resolution hangs in the air for what seems like minutes rather than a second. I may add a clock to the system next year and trust me when I say there will be another P4 on the clock.
Just added my final HiDiamond Power 4 cable to my SR Powercell with the Voodoo adapter and the results are stunning. I was hoping for a nice 10% increase in sound quality but after taking out the SR power cord and replacing it with the P4; the results were a quantum leap forward. Soundstage is much more focused, bottom end is subwoofer like but more accurate and the midrange is cleaner but much more musical. There is also something about the resolution at the very top end that allows for a natural tone without any harshness; more real live detail.
Owenlee, sorry for the delay, I were having a very good vacations in the beautiful state of Tennessee.

In my experience I have found that if you have a very detailed dac or source that the power cord can affect them the most. I believe that by adding the P4 to the Powercell made such a huge difference because I completed the HiDiamond chain or complete loom. You really do not realize how good the HIDiamond cables are until you try and take them out. I had tried several times to go back to my previous reference cables for a listen and it is a disaster every time. I have now sold all my previous so called reference cables and have no interest in playing the cable game anymore. I will need 1 more P4 when my master clock arrives and post on that experience but as cables go, this manufacturer is the best I have used in my system.
