Heroku?

I'm admittedly not very computer literate so, for some, this may constitute a dumb question. I'd still like to know the answer.

Just recently, I noticed that every time I did a Google search for AudiogoN, one of the first results that popped up was Heroku.

I looked up Heroku and it is apparently a "cloud app platform".

What does this mean in terms of accessing the site?

It just means the web site is hosted on a cloud platform. The cloud service provider has various levels of support for running applications. I don’t know anything specifically about Heroku, my experience with cloud platforms is strictly Amazon AWS.
