In my opinion a good tube should not have gone bad with such a short number of hours on it. Are there any fuses to check or a re-set button to press?
You might try checking the AC outlet to be certain there is power, and turn the unit off for about ten minutes and then back on and see what happens.
Finally, you can put a call into the store you purchased it from or call the manufacture.
